GeoNames
Place names — city, region and country — are worked out entirely on your own Mac from a bundled list of towns and cities. Nothing is ever looked up online.
That list comes from the GeoNames geographical database, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence.

Google’s WebP encoder, which is what makes WebP available as an export format.
fflate
A small DEFLATE decompressor. It runs in the browser on a shared collection’s web page, to unpack the manifest carried inside the link.
Typefaces
This site uses Coconat, Geist and Geist Mono. They are licensed under the SIL Open Font License and are served from this domain — no font request leaves for a third party, so no visitor’s IP address reaches one.
Apple frameworks
Image analysis, text recognition, rendering and playback are done with Apple’s own frameworks — Vision, Core Image, ImageIO, PDFKit, AVFoundation and Quick Look — running on your Mac.
